What actually happens

Most owners I talk to have been burned by an agency that went quiet, or by a nephew who posted for three weeks and stopped. So rather than tell you I'm different, here is the month, start to finish.

Day one

I learn how your business actually makes money

Before anything goes on the calendar, I find out your service area, which jobs carry the best margin, when your season turns, and who you keep losing bids to. Everything on the calendar comes out of those answers. It's the reason your April looks like tune-ups and your September looks like furnaces, instead of looking like everybody else's month.

Every week after

You send photos. That's the whole job.

Snap what you're working on and text it over. I handle the rest — what gets posted, when, the writing, the graphics, the video edits, the scheduling. No logins to keep track of, no content calendar to review, no weekly check-in you have to remember.

Whenever you need me

You hear back the same business day

Not a ticket number, not a two-week silence, not an account manager. If you text me on Tuesday about something that went sideways, you hear from me on Tuesday. This is a low bar, and almost nobody in this business clears it.

And when I disagree

I'll tell you, and tell you why

If you ask for a post I don't think will land, I'm not going to quietly build it and cash the invoice. I'll say so, explain what I'd run instead, and you make the call. You already deal with enough people who agree with everything you say.

Then the calendar runs itself

The 25th

Next month's posts arrive for approval

On the same date every month, without you asking.

Three days

No reply and it publishes as planned

Being out on a job, or behind the counter, shouldn't be why your posting stops.

Month end

An honest report — flops included

A report with only good news isn't one.

Sample work

No client work to show yet — the honest version of this section is empty, not padded with stock photos or a client that never signed. The first real month posted for a real local business goes here.

What this won't do

I'm not going to promise you leads this week, a viral video, or the top spot on Google. Anyone who does is guessing, and you'll know it by month three.

Here's what this is actually for. When somebody gets your name from a neighbor and looks you up before calling, they find a company that's clearly working, clearly local, and clearly still in business. And when the people who already hired you scroll past you again, you stay the name they think of next time, and the name they pass along.

That's worth real money in any business that lives on referrals. It just isn't worth pretending it's something else.
